A solar Grid-tied inverter converts the DC output of PV modules into AC power suitable for transmission on the power grid, or use it for your own consumption, often deploying reactive power to meet new grid codes. It is composed of a DC-DC module, a DC-AC module and a control module.

Working Principal

Installing the Grid-tied solar inverter consists of mounting it to thw wall and connecting the DC input to to a PV array and the AC output to the Utility.
